Adjustable Clamping Levers & Adjustable Handles
Adjustable levers, otherwise known also as adjustable handles, are clamping components that offer a ratcheting feature for easy adjustment.
They are commonly used wherever parts need to be fastened, unfastened, and visually adjusted
in a limited space. Additionally, their unique and ergonomic design allows for quick and easy visual adjustments to specific positions, and are ideal for situations where
more torque is required than can be achieved with a simple knob.
How do adjustable levers work?
An insert is connected to
the lever via serrations which can be easily disengaged. Pulling the lever upwards, disengages
the serrations, allowing the lever to be swiveled up to 360° into your ideal clamping position. When
releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage.
What type of adjustable levers are there?
We offer both metal and
plastic adjustable levers. The metal adjustable levers are available in zinc die-cast with steel
or stainless steel components, or in all stainless steel. They have angled or straight
adjustable handles, tapped inserts or studs, and come in a broad range of sizes to accommodate most
requirements. Likewise, the nylon plastic adjustable levers can be purchased with the same configurations. Both plastic and metal levers are offered in a push-button version and available in inch and metric sizes.
