Allied Moulded manufactures a full line of NEMA Fiberglass Enclosures offering all the advantages of non-metallic materials including: increased strength, reduced weight, corrosion resistance, non-conductivity, UV resistance (Ultragaurd Formulation), cost savings, and ease of installation. Fiberglass enclosures are designed to provide optimum protection in the harshest environments, from water treatment facilities and irrigation systems to oil refineries and chemical processing plants. These enclosures come in an extensive variety of sizes, covers (viewing window), and latching options. Some of the accessories include back panels, ventilation kits, and pole mount kits. All Allied Moulded non-metallic enclosures meet UL, CSA, and NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 6P, 12, and 13 standards for indoor and outdoor industrial applications. Pole Mount Kits
Design allows for adjustable mounting capability on pole sizes up through 15 inches in diameter. Pole mount kits have the capability to mount enclosures to round, square, and rectangular pole shapes.

Allied Moulded's Ultragaurd UV Formulation: (Return to Top)
Ultraguard -- Allied Moulded's proprietary fiberglass reinforced polyester material formulation.
Allied's Materials Research and Development laboratory successfully optimized ingredients to create a
formulation with the ability to resist the effects of UV degradation. The formulation was developed
through the effective use of UV absorbers that provide protection by physically absorbing light in specific
ranges of wavelengths, HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers), and antioxidants. Together, all three
classes of stabilizers provide specific protection to modes of failure associated with outdoor exposure. |
