Orders may be placed via phone, email, fax, or this website. Registration is not required to order from Solutions Direct;
however, for online order status and access to order history we recommend that you create an account. Open accounts are
available only to customers with an established order history with Solutions Direct.
All orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours, except holidays and weekends.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Changes to existing orders and order cancellations can only be made by phone and will be honored only if order has not
shipped. Some products are built-to-order and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please reference your sales
order number when calling in.
All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Solutions Direct will only ship products to addresses in the U.S. and for Canadian orders. Please call to see if the
product can be shipped. We offer several different shipping methods in order to meet your delivery needs, which include
FedEx, UPS, and freight shipments. Our standard freight and handling charges are computed based upon weight and dimensions.
Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order, based upon availability of inventory. Our system is unable to
accurately calculate shipments of multiple items, larger enclosures, and systems. Those charges will need to be adjusted
appropriately once shipped and actual charges are available from vendor. To cut down on costs and pass along those savings
to our customers, most of our products are drop-shipped from our vendors.
We ship to our Canadian customers via FedEx and UPS only (with valid account numbers only). For orders outside the U.S.,
please contact us.
