All manufacturers' warranties are passed through to the customer. If a product fails to perform properly within
10 days from the date of purchase, we will replace it or repair it at our option. All returns must be accompanied
by a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call us at (888) 886-8185 to obtain an RMA.
Returned material will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMA’s are only valid for 30 days from date issued.
Any material not returned within that period can no longer be accepted for return. Returned materials must be purchased within the last 30 days,
unused, in the original carton, and in resalable condition. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. All returned material must be shipped
freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Depending on product, credit may be issued less a manufacturer’s restocking charge (varies by manufacturer).
Shipping charges are not refundable. Certain products and custom orders are non-cancellable or non-returnable.
