COVID-19 Update

Solutions Direct is actively monitoring the rapidly changing development of COVID-19 and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and both state and county public health. We are committed to keeping the safety of our customers, business partners, and team members at the center of all our decisions and actions.

Shipping & Availability

Solutions Direct and our vendors are still manufacturing and maintaining stock to fulfill customer orders. Stocked orders are shipping within 1-3 business days depending on the product. Carriers have maintained delivery services within the continental U.S. except to areas limited by government restrictions.

Operations

Until further notice, Solutions Direct will remain open during our normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PST. Though we encourage customers to contact us via email, or chat if possible as some of our staff will be working remotely. We are still committed to responding to your inquiries within a timely matter, but do appreciate your patience during this unfortunate time.
