Returned materials must be purchased within the last 30 days, unused, in the original carton, and in resalable condition. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Eligible returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by Solutions Direct or the return will be not be accepted. RMA’s are only valid for 30 days from date issued. Any material not returned within that period can no longer be accepted for return. All returned material must be shipped freight prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Depending on product, credit may be issued less a manufacturer’s restocking charge (varies by manufacturer). Shipping charges are not refundable. Certain products and custom orders are non-cancellable or non-returnable.
How long does your return process take?
Once your return is received its condition needs to be evaluated to determine whether it will be approved. This can take a few weeks depending on how many returns are in front of yours.
