Return Policy

Returns

Returned materials must be purchased within the last 30 days, unused, in the original carton, and in resalable condition. Returns without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) or received after 30 days from the date issued will not be accepted. All returned material must be shipped prepaid by the customer and is recommended to be insured for the full value of the return as products received damaged from improper packaging will void the credit. Depending on product, credit will be issued less a restocking charge (varies by manufacturer). Shipping charges are not refundable and certain products and custom orders are non-cancellable or non-returnable.

Allowed Carriers for Returns:

  • UPS or FedEx (Preferred)
  • USPS (Signature Confirmation Required)
  • Palletized Shipments: No preference on carrier but recommended to send back same way.

How long does your return process take?

Once your return is received its condition needs to be evaluated to determine whether it will be approved. This can take a few weeks depending on how many returns are in front of yours.
