Incorrect information may delay the processing of your order. Credit card transactions will be authorized at time of order, but your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. At this time our shopping cart only accepts credit cards with U.S. billing addresses.
Orders may be placed via phone, email, fax, or through this website. All orders are confirmed via email within 24 hours, except holidays and weekends. Registration is not required to order from Solutions Direct; however, for online order status and access to order history we recommend that you create an account. Open accounts are available only to customers with an established order history with Solutions Direct and upon approved credit.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes to existing orders and order cancellations can only be made by phone and will be honored only if order has not shipped. Some products are built-to-order and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please reference your sales order number when calling in.
